Products: All products are print-on-demand, meaning each item is made to order. We do our best to represent colors and designs accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings and the printing process. Minor print placement variations (less than 0.5") and slight size deviations (less than 1" from the size guide) are normal and not considered defects.

Pricing & Payment: All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability — if we can't fulfill an order, we'll refund you in full.

Orders: When you place an order, you confirm that all information provided (including shipping address and payment details) is accurate. We're not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect information provided at checkout.

Shipping Production takes 3–5 business days before your order ships. Total delivery time is typically 10–14 business days. For full details, see our page.

Returns & Refunds: All sales are final except for damaged, defective, or misprinted items. For full details, see our policy page.

Intellectual Property: All designs, logos, graphics, and content on this site are the property of CatDaddy Brand. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of our designs or content without written permission.

User Conduct: You agree not to use our site for any unlawful purpose, to submit false or fraudulent orders, or to attempt to disrupt the site's operation.

Limitation of Liability: CatDaddy Brand is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or site. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Third-Party Services: Our products are fulfilled through third-party print partners. We're not responsible for delays or issues caused by our print partners beyond our control, though we'll work to resolve any issues on your behalf.

Changes to These Terms: We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
